This event is now SOLD OUT. Cookbook author, television broadcaster and culinary explorer Rick Stein needs little introduction to Australian food-lovers. A Gourmet Escape favourite, Rick will be returning to Watershed to cook with old mate Dan Gedge, who learned to cook at Rick’s famous seafood restaurant in Cornwall and is now Watershed’s head chef. Rick and Dan will be creating the sort of food they like best – user-friendly, flavour-driven dishes with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce that’s simple, simply delicious and suitable for the whole the family. You’ll dine in the unpretentious atmosphere of Watershed’s large, light-filled dining room, with its high ceilings, wide verandahs and wrap-around windows overlooking the estate’s dam and hand-planted southern vineyard. Your meal will be accompanied by wines from Watershed and other fantastic Margaret River wineries. This is a family-friendly venue with a playground.
