The select few will share this exclusive event, which kicks off from Watershed Wines with a scenic flight over Margaret River before landing at a secret secluded location. Here, award-winning chef Paul Iskov and Fervor's team of innovative young chefs and hospitality professionals will prepare an amazing lunch from foraged and local ingredients. Fervor is a unique roaming pop-up restaurant with a focus on locally sourced produce presented in unique locations across Western Australia. From Paraburdoo to the Pinnacles, Broome to Balingup, Paul works in partnership with local communities, traditional owners and businesses to showcase the beauty of regional Australia. With strong ties to the land and environment, Paul and his team leave no trace of an event upon completion. You’ll dine under the bright south-west sky, surrounded by the spectacular natural environment as you enjoy a meal of exquisitely-crafted dishes that embody native, local and fresh produce accompanied by Margaret River wines.
